The Women’s Fund Internship Program connects students with meaningful, paid internships while helping local businesses build strong talent pipelines. Designed to remove barriers and create equitable access to career opportunities, this program ensures students gain hands-on experience, professional development, and a pathway to success.

How it Works
10-Week Leadership Program
Every Monday night during the summer, interns gather for leadership development training and a chance to connect with local employers and fellow interns.Employer Partnerships
Companies gain access to highly qualified candidates while fostering a more supportive workplace for the next generation.Professional Development
Interns receive training in resume building, interview skills, negotiation tactics, financial literacy, and business etiquette.Employer Training
Partner companies receive guidance on creating a supportive environment for interns and employees alike.Mentorship & Networking Connection
Each participating intern will be assigned a Women’s Fund mentor for the summer, who will cheer them on and be available for connection.Completion Recognition
Interns receive certificates, recommendation letters, and career support to help them take their next steps confidently.
