Focus Areas
As a result of the Women and Girl’s Study of Greater Fort Wayne, we’ve identified three areas that will make Allen County more equitable for women, their families and our community. These areas are ever evolving, responding to what we learn through our work.
Economic Security
We will address employment issues that impede women and girls from reaching their full economic potential.
Personal Safety
We will promote programs, policies and systems that ensure women and girls’ safety.
Young Women & Girls
We will listen to and amplify the voices of young women and girls so they know they are supported and celebrated.
